We have received notification this week from the Diocese that the amalgamation of our two parishes has now formally been approved and we are now the parish of Pope St John XXIII.

Both churches will retain their former names. We will now be able to work together in earnest to form one community under the patronage of Pope St John. I will keep you informed as to the next steps that we need to take to carry this through. We will celebrate this fittingly when we are able.
